About Our Coaches The head coach for Team Idaho is Tim Severa, a 30-year YMCA Employee who was the co-founder of the Team Idaho Track Club. Assisting Tim are a group of 10 staff leaders and over 30 assistant coaches with over two centuries of combined Track & Field coaching experience. Many of our coaches have a Level One USAT&F Coaching Certificate. Some of our coaches even participated in Team Idaho when they were younger. You won't find a better Track & Field coaching staff anywhere in the State of Idaho.
