Winter Track Conditioning
Winter Track Conditioning is designed to give kids an opportunity to train with kids from other areas to improve their track and field skills and abilities beyond the regular track and field season. The goal of the program is to encourage all team members to set goals and achieve them through hard work and dedication regardless of their individual ability. Winter Track Conditioning is an opportunity to get the coaching that will help team members reach their goals. This program consists of flexibility exercises, strength training sessions, form drills, and aerobic exercises designed to prepare participants for the outdoor track and field season. Drills will prepare youth for various events such as pole vault, high jump, hurdles, sprinting and all running events.
